About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead, maintain and continuously improve the organisation's Quality Management System (QMS) across projects and operational functions. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing audits and certifications, and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and business requirements.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learned, non-conformance analysis and performance reporting.
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs to improve awareness, capability and compliance.
  • Support project teams in implementing Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans and quality procedures.
  • Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors during prequalification and ongoing performance reviews.
  • Liaise with certification bodies and support certification and surveillance audits.
  • Prepare quality reports, metrics and management reviews for senior leadership.
  • Partner with clients, project teams and key stakeholders to ensure contractual quality requirements are achieved.
  • Provide quality expertise during tendering, project execution and close-out phases.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager position within EPC, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, construction or engineering environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
  • Lead Auditor qualification highly regarded.
  • Experience managing quality audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement programs.
  • Strong understanding of supplier quality management and project quality requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive a proactive quality culture across multi-disciplinary teams.
