Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction contracts from project initiation through to final account settlement.
- Analyse and monitor project budgets to ensure cost‑effective delivery.
- Prepare and oversee subcontractor budgets, preliminary estimates, and cost plans.
- Conduct full contract reviews and manage the procurement of subcontractors.
- Submit and negotiate monthly valuations and ensure payments are processed on time.
- Handle project variations and maintain accurate commercial documentation.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to support risk management and ensure cost transparency.
- Maintain strong project records, documentation, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Professional Background & Skills
- Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Strong capability in cost management, contract administration, and budget analysis.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, stakeholder‑management, and communication skills.
