DRD Group is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Technical White Collar Recruitment Consultant. Key requirements are to have demonstrated experience with Business Development, including new business and working with existing key accounts.

- Developing and nurturing existing client relationships
- Winning, building, and sustaining new client partnerships
- Managing permanent recruitment processes end‑to‑end
- Partnering closely with candidates throughout their entire journey
- Building long-term talent pools in your specialist area
- Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment and/or a sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed monthly targets
- Experience running both a 360 and 180 desk
- Ideally experienced in Technical White Collar recruitment (not essential)
