The Opportunity
Are you a visionary leader who bridges the gap between a creative design concept and a flawlessly executed site? We are seeking a Residential Division Manager to lead a dedicated team for a prominent Perth-based company.
This isn't just a desk job; it's a role for a "creative-builder" who can lead a department, mentor a team with empathy, and drive the future growth of our residential and estate portfolio.

The Role
This is a comprehensive leadership position where you will oversee the entire project lifecycle. From the initial AutoCAD design and developer liaison to site preparation and final scheduling, you will be the heartbeat of the Residential Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the department's financial and cultural success through compassionate management and high-level coaching.
  • Design & Tendering: Lead the design documentation process (AutoCAD/SketchUp) and manage the submission of tenders and EOIs for front garden estates.
  • End-to-End Operations: Oversee the full workflow, from siteplan operations and preparation to scheduling orders, subcontractors, and inventory.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and grow high-value relationships with developers and residential clients, ensuring a "finesse-led" customer experience.
  • Fiscal Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, variations, and end-of-month reporting with a focus on sustainable growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in a Supervisory or Project Management role within the Landscaping industry.
  • Design Proficiency: Background in landscape design and CAD software (AutoCAD/SketchUp) with a "design-first" attitude.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Horticulture and Irrigation systems.
  • Leadership Style: A hard-working, "outside-the-box" thinker who leads with empathy and high emotional intelligence.
  • Eligibility: Full Australian Working Rights (PR or Citizen).
  • Essential: Current C-Class Driver's License and White Card.
The Benefits
  • Tools of the Trade: Fully maintained vehicle and company phone provided.
  • Culture: A fun, social team environment with regular company events.
  • Flexibility: Genuine flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
