We are seeking experienced safety professionals to support operational mining and construction projects across multiple sites. These roles work closely with project managers, contractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with WHS requirements.
Safety Superintendent
Roster: 4/3 or 8/6 | FIFO from Perth
Reporting to the Fixed Plant Manager (Projects), this role provides safety leadership across project sites and manages a team of Safety Advisors.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring Safety Advisors
- Supporting project planning and risk assessments
- Liaising with project teams and contractors on safety matters
- Implementing project safety plans and reporting HSE performance
Senior Health and Safety Advisor
Roster: 2/1 | FIFO from Perth
Reporting to the Safety Superintendent, this role supports site teams and contractors with day-to-day safety management.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending pre-starts and project meetings
- Conducting field safety interactions and coaching
- Supporting risk assessments and contractor compliance
- Assisting with incident investigations and safety reporting
About you
- Experience in mining, construction or project environments
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or similar)
- Knowledge of WHS legislation and safety systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
