About the Role: You will play a vital, hybrid role in supporting the sales team and managing the complete order lifecycle, from meticulous data entry into digital IT systems through to final dispatch. This position requires detailed workflow management and includes hands-on logistical support, such as light stock handling, order fulfilment, and organising carrier shipments from a small, dedicated on-site area.
The Ideal Candidate Must Demonstrate:
- Minimum of two years' professional experience in managing client orders.
- Advanced technical proficiency with specialised order entry and tracking software.
- Prior exposure or aptitude for working in a warehouse/operational fulfilment setting.
- Physical capacity for light, active duties involving movement and lifting.
- Proven capability in logistics coordination and courier booking procedures.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A high standard for accuracy and methodical process execution.
- A strong, self-directed work ethic and ability to operate autonomously.
