This is a permanent, full-time position with a well-established Australian company who provide solutions to industry for inventory management tracking.

The role is based in the Perth office and operates within a friendly, supportive environment offering long-term stability and genuine career growth.

About the Role:
You will enjoy the balance between admin and operations in this role where you get to play a vital support role to the sales team and also manage the complete order lifecycle.

Key skills for this role will include;
-Meticulous attention to detail for data data entry
-Stock allocation and management from order to dispatch.
-Courier and dispatch management
-The ability to manage detailed workflow processes
-Some hands on warehouse and stock support, such as light stock handling,

The Ideal Candidate Must Demonstrate :
  • Minimum of two years' professional experience in managing client orders.
  • Technical proficiency with specialised order entry and tracking software.
  • Prior exposure or aptitude for working in a warehouse/operational fulfilment setting.
  • Physical capacity for light, active duties involving movement and lifting.
  • Proven ability to manage freight coordination and courier booking procedures.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A high standard for accuracy and methodical process execution.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a small tight knit team
