Working within a collaborative software delivery environment, you will help establish and embed effective Agile practices across multiple product teams.
You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support backlog management, remove impediments, and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that create measurable value for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Establish and maintain effective Agile delivery rhythms and team practices.
- Support teams in achieving sprint goals and maintaining a sustainable delivery pace.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular feedback and retrospective outcomes.
- Coach teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices and delivery accountability.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous learning.
- Support Agile maturity across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-defined and prioritised product backlogs.
- Support backlog refinement activities, estimation practices and sprint planning processes.
- Encourage clear acceptance criteria and a shared understanding of delivery expectations.
- Identify, manage and remove delivery impediments.
- Coordinate resolution of risks, issues and cross-team dependencies.
- Maintain visibility of delivery progress through dashboards, metrics and reporting.
- Facilitate release planning and support incremental delivery approaches.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Promote effective communication across teams and leadership groups.
- Provide transparency around progress, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master within technology or digital delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum events and Agile ceremonies.
- Proven capability coaching cross-functional teams and Product Owners in Agile ways of working.
- Experience establishing delivery cadences, sprint goals, backlog refinement processes and Definition of Done standards.
- Strong track record identifying and removing impediments while managing risks, issues and dependencies.
- Experience supporting multiple teams, products or programs simultaneously.
- Ability to utilise delivery metrics to improve visibility, predictability and performance.
- Experience supporting release planning and iterative software delivery.
- Exposure to complex business and technology environments.
- Experience within energy, resources, utilities, infrastructure or related industries will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies and Lean principles.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Understanding of backlog management, estimation techniques and acceptance criteria development.
- Familiarity with dependency, risk and issue management practices.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, testing and release management processes.

- Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
