Are you a seasoned planner with a passion for precision and performance? We’re seeking a Senior Project Planner
to lead the development and management of complex project schedules across major capital works. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, integrated commissioning, and strategic planning excellence throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and maintain master and detailed project schedules to meet delivery milestones
- Create integrated commissioning schedules in collaboration with operations and commissioning teams
- Apply cost and resource loading to schedules and perform “what-if” scenario analysis
- Conduct critical path and milestone reviews , ensuring schedule logic and integrity
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) , track CPI/SPI, and report on performance trends
- Analyze contractor schedules and integrate into the master program
- Provide early diagnosis of project trends, productivity evaluation, and benchmarking
- Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports
- Participate in schedule workshops, risk reviews, and change management processes
- Support the quarterly capital planning process
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scope clarity and execution readiness
About You;
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in project planning (essential)
- Proven experience in commissioning planning (essential)
- Strong background in client-side project delivery across full lifecycle phases
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 , MS Office Suite , and Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment Commitment to safe workplace practices and duty of care
