About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Enabling Works, and Balance of Plant (BOP) project workstreams. Working within a major infrastructure project environment, you will be responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, scheduling, constructability, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CSA, Enabling Works, and Balance of Plant project workstreams from initiation through to close-out
- Develop and manage project scopes, deliverables, schedules, and governance requirements
- Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, buildings, camps, warehousing, logistics, and supporting infrastructure activities
- Manage constructability reviews, modularisation strategies, construction methodologies, schedules, and pricing outcomes
- Align design development activities with project design requirements and package interfaces
- Coordinate interfaces with approvals, operations, engineering, construction, and procurement teams
- Support project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Engineer or similar role
- Strong experience managing Civil, Structural, Architectural, Enabling Works, or Balance of Plant packages
- Experience coordinating contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of project delivery, procurement, scheduling, and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in complex project environments
- Experience delivering major infrastructure, mining, energy, or industrial projects
- Exposure to FEED and detailed design project phases
- Strong commercial and contractor management experience
- Experience managing ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) workstreams
