About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage mission-critical and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) workstreams. This role will be responsible for driving project development activities, contractor engagement, design coordination, constructability planning, and transition into detailed engineering and delivery phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full ECI workstream from scope development through to close-out
  • Develop and manage project deliverables, schedules, governance, and reporting requirements
  • Lead contractor mobilisation, meetings, action tracking, and deliverable reviews
  • Coordinate constructability reviews, modularisation strategies, execution planning, and project schedules
  • Manage pricing inputs and support commercial project outcomes
  • Ensure ECI outputs are incorporated into FEED designs, procurement packages, and delivery scopes
  • Support readiness activities for transition into detailed engineering and construction phases
  • Liaise with engineering, construction, procurement, commercial, and delivery teams
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and project alignment across multiple workstreams
Mandatory Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Engineer or similar role
  • Strong experience managing complex infrastructure, engineering, or mission-critical projects
  • Experience managing ECI, FEED, or early-stage project development activities
  • Strong contractor, stakeholder, and project management capabilities
  • Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, and commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
  • Experience delivering major infrastructure, mining, energy, technology, or industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of constructability, modularisation, and execution planning processes
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering and delivery teams
  • Exposure to procurement, contract management, and project transition activities
