Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to contribute to the future of wind power? We are seeking a Project Engineer – Wind Turbine Installation to support the engineering aspects of turbine installation and equipment, from initial planning through to construction and commissioning. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with suppliers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Support supplier prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations in line with project schedules and budgets.
  • Assist in managing the technical and commercial procurement of wind turbine installation equipment (self-erecting systems and installation cranes).
  • Contribute to the tendering and execution of wind turbine installation contracts.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, project, supplier, and contractor teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Monitor and report on manufacturing progress, installation activities, quality assurance, and delivery milestones.
  • Support the development and coordination of project deliverables to advance design maturity, scheduling accuracy, and cost definition.
  
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years’ experience in energy or large-scale infrastructure projects (wind installation experience highly regarded).
  • Proven background in package and/or project engineering for major equipment and/or EPC contracts.
  • Familiarity with wind turbine technology, installation processes, and interfaces.
  • Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of contract management principles and standards.
  • Excellent skills in technical evaluation, stakeholder coordination, and supplier management.
