About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management and contract administration of a major wind farm project. You will initially be based in Perth before transitioning to site, where you will provide senior commercial oversight across construction and commissioning activities.

This role plays a key part in ensuring strong governance, cost control, and contract compliance while supporting successful delivery of renewable energy infrastructure works.
  
Key Responsibilities
• Lead site-based commercial administration of construction contracts
• Review, verify, and certify contractor records including labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Conduct open-book cost audits to ensure all reimbursable costs are accurate and compliant
• Assess and certify contractor progress reports and manhour data
• Support planning teams with progress tracking and productivity reporting
• Proactively identify and manage cost, productivity, and commercial risks
• Assess monthly payment claims based on verified site data
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow against project commitments
• Support contract claims, variations, and change management processes
• Provide commercial advice to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  
Mandatory Requirements
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in contract administration within construction, infrastructure, mining, or energy projects
• Strong understanding of cost verification and reimbursable contract models
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, scopes, and construction methodologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in both office and site-based environments
  
Preferred
• Experience working on renewable energy or wind farm projects
• Exposure to mechanical and EIC construction works
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or resources projects
