We're looking for recruiters with experience across blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, particularly within the Electrical Trades and Labour market, who are passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates while consistently delivering exceptional results.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage recruitment activities across labour hire and permanent placements while partnering closely with both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across blue and white-collar roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Developing new talent pipelines and specialist candidate communities
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
- Managing labour hire workforce requirements and mobilisation processes
- Delivering exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Working within a warm desk environment while identifying opportunities for growth
- Contributing to team performance and business success
- Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within Trades & Labour recruitment
- Experience recruiting Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Piping, Construction, Manufacturing, Resources, or Industrial personnel
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
- Experience managing a 360 recruitment desk
- Exposure to white-collar recruitment will be highly regarded
- Strong capability in candidate sourcing, talent pooling, and relationship management
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
