We're looking for recruiters with experience across blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, particularly within the Electrical Trades and Labour market, who are passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates while consistently delivering exceptional results.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage recruitment activities across labour hire and permanent placements while partnering closely with both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across blue and white-collar roles
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Developing new talent pipelines and specialist candidate communities
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
  • Managing labour hire workforce requirements and mobilisation processes
  • Delivering exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Working within a warm desk environment while identifying opportunities for growth
  • Contributing to team performance and business success
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within Trades & Labour recruitment
  • Experience recruiting Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Piping, Construction, Manufacturing, Resources, or Industrial personnel
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
  • Experience managing a 360 recruitment desk
  • Exposure to white-collar recruitment will be highly regarded
  • Strong capability in candidate sourcing, talent pooling, and relationship management
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
