Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, projects and asset management teams, you will lead FMECA, RCM and asset criticality assessments, develop risk-based maintenance strategies, analyse reliability and performance data, and translate technical findings into practical maintenance and asset management outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FMECA, RCM and reliability improvement initiatives across critical energy assets.
- Develop and optimise maintenance strategies using risk, condition monitoring, OEM data and operational history.
- Analyse failure trends, outages and maintenance performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support SAP/EAM implementation, asset hierarchy development and master data quality.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and technical reviews across multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive defect elimination, risk reduction and continuous improvement programs.
- Produce reliability reporting, dashboards and decision-ready analytics.
About You:
- Degree-qualified Engineer with extensive experience in reliability engineering, asset management or maintenance strategy.
- Strong knowledge of RCM, FMEA/FMECA, asset criticality and risk management methodologies.
- Experience working within power generation, utilities, mining, resources or heavy industrial environments.
- Proficient with SAP PM/EAM or similar CMMS platforms.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and operational functions.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python or other data analytics tools highly regarded.
