DRD Group are currently partnering with a leading Tier 1 client within the Green Power division to recruit a Site Administrator to support major renewable energy projects across WA.
This role sits within a high-performing project team supporting multiple Construction Managers across active and upcoming sites.
Role Details
- Roster: 2:1 FIFO from Perth
- Hours: 12‑hour days
- Pay Rate: $50 per hour
- Start: ASAP
- Contract: Ongoing project-based role, initially 12 months
You will play a key role in supporting site operations, with a strong focus on purchase orders, contractor admin, and reporting in a fast-paced FIFO environment.
This is a high-volume role where you will be required to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising and managing purchase orders (POs) – end-to-end process
- Supporting contractor onboarding and mobilisation
- Managing travel, accommodation, and logistics coordination
- Maintaining workforce forecasting and reporting data
- Supporting day-to-day site admin operations
- Liaising with internal teams (procurement, logistics, travel, etc.)
- Assisting across multiple sites where required
- 3–7 years’ experience in a similar site or project admin role
- Strong experience in FIFO construction environments
- Proven experience managing POs/procurement processes (SAP/Fiori ideal)
- Strong reporting and analytical capability
- Experience supporting high-volume site teams, close attention to detail, and strong multitasking skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (reporting, data entry, documentation)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across site teams
- Adaptable, proactive, and solutions‑focused
- Exposure to Tier 1 projects (FMG, BHP, Rio, etc.)
- Experience in renewables/energy projects
- Administrative or Office Management qualification
- Prior experience in construction, industrial, or resources environments
- Exposure to project‑based or site‑based work
- Exposure to INX and SAP
