As a Site Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our clients project sites. You’ll provide critical support to the Owners Team and Project Vendors, helping coordinate logistics, manage data and assets, and facilitate onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Team Support : Deliver comprehensive admin support for daily, weekly, and monthly operations.
  • Vendor Mobilisation : Assist with onboarding and mobilisation of contractor personnel.
  • Onboarding Coordination : Support IT, PPE, flights, and accommodation arrangements for new team members.
  • Travel & Accommodation : Liaise with vendors and travel teams to manage bookings and resource levels.
  • Data Integrity : Maintain accurate records across business platforms.
  • Vehicle & Asset Management : Coordinate site vehicle fleet and maintain asset registers for equipment.
  • Procurement Support : Raise purchase requisitions and Service Entry Sheets; assist with invoice processing.
  • Logistics Assistance : Support goods movement and liaise with delivery contractors and warehouse teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Interface with departments including People Logistics, Procurement, and Category Specialists.
  • Site Office Duties : Manage office supplies, take meeting minutes, and assist with airport and warehouse pickups.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in site-based or FIFO administration
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs
  • Familiarity with procurement and logistics processes is a plus
