As Site Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of site operations—providing high-quality administrative, logistical, and workforce support to ensure everything runs smoothly. From mobilisation and timesheet management to procurement coordination and stakeholder engagement, you’ll be central to keeping the project on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation, travel, and accommodation
- Manage timesheets, cost tracking, and compliance records
- Provide administrative support to site leaders and project teams
- Maintain office systems, supplies, and site services
- Liaise with contractors and corporate teams to ensure seamless processes
- Assist with onboarding, inductions, and training records
- Previous administration experience in mining, resources, or construction
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of FIFO workforce processes and compliance requirements (desirable)
- Experience with SAP or Pronto (desirable)
