About the Role
We are seeking Site Services Electricians to join a growing team supporting a range of underground mining projects across WA. This is an excellent opportunity for electricians looking to break into the underground mining sector, working alongside experienced tradespeople on major projects.
You'll gain valuable underground experience while supporting site services electrical activities across leading mining operations. Strong performers will have the opportunity to secure permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site services electrical maintenance and installation works
- Support underground mining operations across various projects
- Work closely with senior electricians and experienced underground personnel
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults safely and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with site safety procedures and electrical standards
- Participate in training and development programs to build underground mining capability
- Complete relevant documentation and reporting requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Current WA Electrical Licence
- Unrestricted Australian working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- National Police Clearance / ability to pass criminal history checks
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to work on underground mining projects
