About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a major construction project in Mandurah. Working closely with the project manager, you will lead site-based activities and supervise a workforce of approximately 40 personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to schedule.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate and coordinate workforce activities across the project site
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors and direct labour personnel
  • Coordinate heavy cable pull activities and industrial cable tray installation works
  • Conduct daily pre-start meetings and safety briefings
  • Complete risk assessments and ensure site compliance requirements are met
  • Manage procurement and materials coordination for site activities
  • Monitor project schedules and support programming of works
  • Promote a strong safety culture and positive site environment
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage multiple priorities and operational demands across the project

Mandatory Requirements
  • Current Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
  • Construction Industry General Safety Induction (White Card)
  • Current WA Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrated experience supervising electrical or infrastructure construction projects
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and site-based workforces
  • Strong understanding of pre-starts, risk assessments, site management, procurement, and scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple project requirements simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred
  • ACMA Open Cabling Registration
  • Experience with heavy cable installation projects
  • Experience supervising industrial electrical infrastructure works
  • Exposure to communications, utilities, or major infrastructure projects
