We’re seeking a Mechanical Supervisor (Fitter) to oversee SMP works on the Yuri10 Project. This is a key leadership role on a high-profile site, ideal for someone with strong mechanical supervision experience in structural, mechanical, and piping scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical fitting teams across SMP scopes
- Coordinate daily activities, ensuring safety and productivity targets are met
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical systems
- Liaise with project managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain compliance with site procedures and quality standards
- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
- Proven supervisory experience on major projects
- Strong understanding of SMP works
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
