About the Role
Leading Renewables company is looking for a Storeperson
to join their team at their workshop. This role supports daily operations in a small warehouse environment and reports directly to the Senior Stores Person. The role is a on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract and 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, pack, and dispatch goods, including items up to 15kg
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Follow daily instructions from the Senior Stores Person
- Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures
- Use internal inventory software (training provided)
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Previous experience in a stores or parts environment (mechanical or electrical parts preferred)
- Forklift license / High Risk Work License (essential)
- Valid driver's license (essential)
- Green tree experience (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Experience with Dangerous Goods handling and Chain of Responsibility training (desirable but not essential)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
