- Develop, edit, and maintain corporate and operational documentation, with a focus on mobile plant standard work instruction
- Ensure all documents meet Fortescue standards for accuracy, clarity, branding, governance, and version control
- Translate complex, technical, and high-risk information into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with authors, verifiers, approvers, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage reviews, approvals, and change implementation within required timeframes
- Conduct quality checks to ensure documents are audit-ready and compliant with safety, regulatory, and corporate requirements
- Manage documentation within digital repositories and ServiceNow, including correct tagging, accessibility, lifecycle management, and reporting
- Support knowledge management and governance practices across documentation systems
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancements to templates, workflows, tools, automation, and reporting metrics
- 6-month contract
- 5:2 roster
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Experience with mobile plant desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft Word skills
