Exciting opportunity for a Camp & Infrastructure Supervisor to join a tier-1 miner on an 8/6 roster from Perth.

Reporting to the Camp & Infrastructure Superintendent, the Camp & Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for the effective day‑to‑day management of onsite and offsite camp service providers and infrastructure operations.

This role oversees and coordinates catering services, asset maintenance, and all additional camp service contractors across remote mining villages.

Key Responsibilities  
  • Support the Camps & Infrastructure Superintendent in managing Camp Services Contracts from award through mobilisation, service delivery, and demobilisation.
  • Coordinate and oversee Catering, Ancillary, and Maintenance Contractors to ensure services are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This includes reviewing contractor documentation, monitoring performance, and participating in regular contractor meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for technical matters relating to maintenance, security, and health services, referring issues to the Camps & Infrastructure Superintendent where necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Food Safety Management Plan, including validation of all critical controls.
  • Assist with contractor cost estimation, budgeting, and financial tracking.
  • Contribute to regular progress reporting and preparation of technical documentation.
  • Support day‑to‑day camp and facility operations, including maintenance coordination and asset management.
  • Liaise with the Catering Team on menu adjustments or operational variations when required.
  • Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and compliance documentation are obtained and maintained.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including operational changes, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and accommodation utilisation.
  • Verify that forecast accommodation is utilised effectively and that contractor staffing levels are appropriate. Ensure accurate recording of daily occupancy figures.
  • Maintain and update camp management documentation within TEAMS for weekly reporting purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
About you 
  • Fundamental understanding of critical plant and infrastructure operations.
  • Working knowledge of planning, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Understanding of project reporting requirements, including contributions to weekly and monthly reports.
  • Current C‑Class Driver’s Licence.
  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally within mining or remote site environments.
  • Ability to lead, guide, and support onsite Business Partners effectively.
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in village or camp management, or similar remote accommodation environments (e.g., hotel or motel management).
  • Intermediate experience with contract management and contractor performance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with safety and work management systems such as SAP, BMS, and PIMS (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational management software.
  • Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
