About you:
- Understanding of federal, state and local legislative requirements related to water and wastewater management.
- Working knowledge of the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines , particularly the Element Framework and its application.
- Awareness of relevant Australian Standards and industry guidance documents relating to water quality management.
- Understanding of key water quality parameters and the differences across potable, non‑potable, recreational, and wastewater systems.
- Strong commitment to safety and responsible water management.
- Competence in water quality data management, interpretation and trend analysis.
- Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to emerging issues.
- Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear reports, procedures and management plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent coordination, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workload.
